Kay is an award-winning International Speaker and voracious author who is creating a world-wide, down-to-earth guide to help women over 50 get their mojo back.
In 2015, aged 55, Kay left her luxury Mediterranean lifestyle, downsizing to a two-roomed, tin-roofed house near the beach in Zanzibar. She now lives simple, sustainable and happy life. Kay has worked with hundreds of clients to holistically design, organise and simplify their mindset, home and work habits.
Kay is on a mission to make sure that rocking chairs and regrets are not synonymous, show others the simplicity of abundance no matter what their age.
